STYROFOAM SCULPTURE AND MARBLED SILK INSTALLATION AT THE SPOKE CLUB

I co-hosted a collaborative installation and silk marbling workshop with Navillus Gallery at The Spoke Club. Members were invited to the outdoor patio where marbling stations were set up. I taught guests how to marble silk scarves and pocket squares. Members could also watch me marble feathers for the spix macaw. The 6-foot macaw is made of sculpted styrofoam, pins, sequins, beads and silk.
